This weekend Grove, welcome Oxford Rugby Club to Cane Lane in a pre-season squad game.

Grove will be looking to improve on their solid performance vs Trowbridge last weekend.

Oxford, enjoyed a successful season in Counties 2 Tribute Berks/Bucks & Oxon North last season, finishing a respectable 2nd. Oxford, will play their rugby one league below Grove next season, and will no doubt be looking for promotion this season.

Grove will field a squad of 25 players, in the traditional 2 halves of 40minutes.

If you are stuck for something to do on Saturday, come down to watch Grove in their last pre-season game. Grove RFC will also be hosting the annual folk festival, so there will be plenty of festivities from the afternoon into the evening.
